Tim McGraw Scatters Tug's Ashes

Tim McGraw sprinkled some of the ashes of his late father, Tug McGraw, onto the pitcher's mound before Saturday night's Game Three of the World Series at a CitizensBankPark in Philadelphia between the Phillies and the Tampa Bay Rays. According to Comcast SportsNet, Tim reached into his pocket and inconspicuously tossed some of Tug's ashes onto the ground during a ceremony in which he delivered the first ball to the mound. Back in 1980, Tug threw the final pitch when the Phillies clinched their only World Series title.
