It's Halloween and country stars talk about things that make them want to say "boo!"
Sugarland's Kristian Bush reveals that Halloween trumps Christmas as Jennifer Nettles' favorite holiday because of the costumes. He says, "If you could dress up for Christmas and be like characters, it would be her favorite holiday ever."
Jack Ingram will take his kiddos trick-or-treating dressed as a daddy, but when he hits the stage in Houston tonight (Friday), he's got a different costume. He tells us, "Remember Urban Cowboy? John Travolta? The whole bit. I might try to find one of those hats that makes me look like Johnny Lee. Felt, brown, really tall hat with a huge hatband, feathers. I might wear my C-M-T belt buckle."
Lady Antebellum's Dave Haywood can't hear the tune "Tumbling Dice" without thinking of his most memorable Halloween. The trio's token comedian had the great idea to convert a box into a die and all was fine until..."I was walking up this big hill to go to this house and literally fell back down the entire hill, rolling in this giant cardboard box that I couldn't do anything about. So I rolled down about 50 feet."
Jason Aldean admits he shops the bargain aisle for his Halloween costume on October 31st, but he isn't concerned about his fun as much as he is about his daughter's. He tells us, "I always make sure I'm at home for Halloween just so I can go around. To me those are things that are only going to happen for a few years and I want to make sure I'm at home for my girls when they do that."
