John Rich Sued

John Rich is being sued by ex-Hellyeah bassist Jerry Montano for allegedly hitting him in the face with a beer bottle. The suit claims that Rich was drunk when he invited a group of people back to his L-A hotel room in the early morning of October 17th. Then John became "increasingly violent and belligerent" over a girl and, when Montano was about to leave the room, he bashed his nose in with a bottle. Montano is asking for an undetermined amount for costs related to the "cuts, scrapes, permanent scarring, swelling and bruising to his lips, jaw, face, teeth and nose."
