Hudson's Brother-in-Law Arrested

William Balfour, the estranged brother-in-law of Jennifer Hudson, was arrested last night on a warrant that accuses him of murdering the Oscar winner's mother, brother and nephew. Balfour was taken into custody at the Stateville Correctional Center in Illinois, where he was being held on a suspected parole violation. Since the heinous October 24th murder, Balfour had been termed a "person of interest" by Chicago police. Balfour's attorney, Joshua Kutnick, told reporters last night that his client is innocent. "He vehemently denies that he is guilty in this case. Any evidence pointing to Mr. Balfour is not even thin -- it is very, very weak."
