Down to 194lbs in less than two months! Over 15lbs lost!
I start my flag football league this Saturday, and I must admit, I'm a bit nervous.  Its been four years since I played in this league, and its been close to four years since I weighed 194.  I haven't done yoga this week, and I figured I would take the week off, and rest up for my first game this weekend.

But today, I jumped on the scale and it said 194, and I was shocked!  Like I said above, its probably been four years since I weighed 194, and now I feel jacked!  So I will probably do stand up tonight, and then take the rest of the week off.
It's incredible what DDP Yoga is doing for me.  People at work, just cant figure out how  Yoga has helped me lose 17 lbs in a little under two months.  They honestly think I'm lying to them, and that I go out and hit the gym every night, and that I'm suffering!

It's funny, because the other day someone came to me at work who I haven't seen in a bit, and the first thing he said was, "WOW!  You lost a lot of weight!  What are you doing?"  I told him DDP Yoga, and just eating a little better.  He was shocked, he said "That's it  just Yoga?   No running, lifting, nothing?"  I told him that's it!  He explained to me, how he tried P90X and hated it.  That he felt terrible after the first week, and there seemed like there was no motivation.

The word is starting to go around the office about this DDP Yoga, and I'm just hoping everyone jumps on board, because this is truly an awesome workout!  My fiance has always been telling me about yoga, and she has seen the result so far with me, and just the other day she said,"I'm going to start doing DDP Yoga too."

An update on the yoga!.
So a month and a half ago, I would wake up and weigh myself, and if I was "lucky" I would weigh 206- 207 and say, "Awesome, a skinny day!"  Fast forward to the past two weeks.  For two weeks now, I have jumped on the scale and weighed 196- 197 lbs!  Even better, when I would weigh 205lbs, it was because I would starve myself for two days, which is completely unhealthy. I would also, think in my head, wow 206 lbs, I can eat a lot today because I thin!"

Now I look at the scale and see 196, and think, "I'm doing this the right way!"   I get to eat, not starve, and even better, I now fit into a large t shirt again!  As many of you know, these past few weeks have been crazy with parade week, and last weekend I was in West Virginia, so I found myself cheating a little more than I wanted to.  But now things are slowing down...FINALLY!

Next week I start my flag football league, and I'm starting my running program tonight (wish me luck on that!)  I figure it won't be long till I hit my goal weight of 185lbs.  I have to admit, I'm pretty excited, and today I looked in the mirror, and said outloud, "Damn!  I'm lookin thin!"

If you want to get motivated, and loose weight as quick as I'm with no impact on your muscles then head on over to  http://www.ddpyoga.com/site/index.php/en/ and check it out!  I figured it would take three or four months to see a change, but only a month and a half and I can actually see it! ~Crockett

What have I gotten myself into?!
So as many of you know, I have been doing DDP Yoga, eating healthy, and losing weight.  The beautiful thing about DDP Yoga, is that its low contact on your muscles, no running, no lifting, and best of all you feel great, and look great doing it!  While I'm close to being 15lbs lower, one thing I have not been doing is running.

This is where I now find myself in trouble.  About three and a half years ago, I was on a flag football team.  We were the Hawks, and I was still somewhat in shape.  This is right around the time I let myself go.  Back when I played on the Hawks, I was still running around, and being active, after the last game with the Hawks, I called it quits on my active career and started my new career of drinking, a lot.

Fast forward to last night.  I JUST finished doing my Yoga session for the night when I get a text message from an old friend and teammate of the Hawks.  He texts me, "Would you wanna play on our flag team?"  Excited and feeling great, because for the first time in four years, I'm now under 200 lbs, I quickly fired back, "Hell yea!"

It was the next text that made me realize I may be in some trouble.  My old buddy Kyle then texted me, "You still got game?!" It was then I realized, "Ok I'm down 15lbs, feeling great, eating healthy, and doing yoga everyday, but I haven't ran in god knows how long!  Not only that, but I'm going to be playing with a bunch of young guys who are in shape and play every year!"

I have to be honest, I'm a little nervous about going out there and trying to keep up with these guys, but I have two weeks to get myself into some sort of running shape.  I went out today and bought new cleats, receiving gloves, and a football, in hopes to get some practice in before the 31st.  Jesus take the wheel!

It's been a month so far on DDP Yoga!

So I have been doing DDP Yoga for exactly one month now.  And because all of the Froggy listeners are part of my life, you know I let you in on everything.  So I have posted a side by side pictures of Day one to a month exactly.  What do you think?  Let me know.  crockett@froggy101.com

Almost a Month!

On Wednesday I will be dong DDP yoga for a month officially.  Since I started, I have never felt better in my life.  For once I feel healthy, and I can actually notice a difference.  In fact, last Saturday, my fiance and I were looking at pictures from This Christmas and were shocked by how thin my face and body has gotten since then.

It’s incredible what only a month has done to transform my body.  I feel awesome, and I'm very close to getting back into Large shirts again!
