Kellie Pickler wouldn't eat calamari, lobster or escargot during her run on American Idol, but during her Thanksgiving trip to Mexico, she found some fish she could appreciate. She writes on her MySpace page, "When I wasn't shoving my face full of guacamole, I was in the water with my goggles and flippers snorkeling... If you ever doubt that God exists, go snorkeling. No one but God could create such amazing creatures."
Kellie is on a holiday break. She kicks off her 2009 touring schedule on January 8th in Snoqualmie, Washington.
