A lost bet has the humbled mayor of Pittsburgh on his knee.
Not only did his favorite team -- the Pittsburgh Steelers -- lose in the playoffs to Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos, Mayor Luke Ravenstahl had to make good on a bet with the Denver mayor by putting on a #15 Broncos jersey and Tebowing.
"This is not something I ever thought I'd have to do, and it's certainly not something I'm looking forward to," Ravenstahl said. "However, we're good sports here in Pittsburgh, and I want to congratulate Denver on a great win."
Sorry Steelers fans. If it's any consulation, we had a caller this morning on The Wake Up Call with Eric & Selena who said, "Jesus won that game, because that win was clearly a miracle". Well, if ya had to lose to someone ....
And I bow down to Mayor Ravenstahl for being a good sport - that had to hurt Tebowing.
